Planning for Digipak.

When creating my Digipak i need to ensure it relates to my target audience and will be somethign they can relate to and notice from a far as something there 'into'. Before creating my digipak i researched the relevant genre to gain ideas and stereotypical digipaks similair to mine, when doing so i relised that many digipak's of the Drum and Bass genre do not have boundaries and are all visualy pleasing by featuring things such as graphics or images that are surreal or of an 'urban' culture. So after researching into digipak's and what they should look like aswell as include i went on a trip to london to get some gritty, urban street images, at first i had a cover with a person featured on it however decided to change my idea to a very simple but effective 'brick wall' however on this brick wall is graffiti and after a few touches up in photoshop it was alot more pleasing to the eye and was the image i wanted. I then began to research into what i wanted to have inside, like lyrics, images and special features, after researching this i decided to keep the digipak still simple but effective and include lyrics on a textured background creating a neat and effective look that has had some good feedback to date. Below is my orginal image of the wall used.
